How long is each session?

Each massage session lasts 15 minutes and the mask then switches off automatically. Enjoy a session whenever your eyes need a break — after work, before bed or on the go.

How warm does it get?

The warm compress provides comfortable, even heat from 100°F to 108°F (38–42°C).

Can I wear it with glasses or contact lenses?

Please remove glasses and contact lenses before using the eye massager.

How do I charge it and how long does the battery last?

Charge it with any standard USB-C cable. A full charge takes approx. 3 hours and gives you up to 2 hours of total use (1000 mAh battery).

How do I play my own music?

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select "SerenEyes Eye Massager". Double-press the button to switch the device music on or off.

Can I take it with me when I travel?

Yes. The mask folds 180° into a compact shape and comes with a canvas bag, so it fits easily in your carry-on.

What is the gel eye mask for?

The bonus gel eye mask can be used on its own for cooling eye relief. Chill it in the refrigerator (not the freezer) before use. It's reusable.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the soft protein leather lining with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the eye massager in water.

Is it suitable for everyone?
