30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your SerenEyes. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the full product price.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.
- Send the item back with everything that came in the box (eye massager, gel eye mask, canvas bag, charging cable and gift box) where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know and issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping protection (insured shipping), if purchased, is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Customers in the EU and UK
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
